You ordered an immediate download item off of lulu dot com and didn't get it after paying for it directly you have twice written the support center and received no valid help what do you do?
If you have a lulu account - which you should have had to have established to purchase content - log onto the account and go to the tab which says "My Lulu" - the content - for some reason - is stored there at times - and you can redownload it.If it is not there - then - again - contact the support team - they take a while to get back to you - but they eventually do
