Question

I was recently convicted of a hit and run. I am a relatively new driver and I don't have anything on my record besides a 2 point speeding ticket. I don't really care about the points incurred so much as I do about the fines. If I hire a lawyer, the cost might actually offset the money saved from having the tickets dismissed. Should I hire an attorney or will I have better luck arguing the case myself?

Answer

You already know the answer. Spend the money, hire an attorney. Best, M. E. Zuller
