Can judge deny a motion to supress a stop for a taillight even tho it was daylight 6 pm an the tailights where I'n working condition No cracks or anything but let Juss say cause the state relized thAt the middle third brake lights red cover was coming off so they wanna change taillight to brake light cover can they change that I'n the report an can the judge deny the motion for that even tho there was no traffic infraction
