I was a temp going through temp service a hired in employee got in my face i let my team leader know what had happen and the on site Human Resoucre person and they let me go do i have a case ?Aslo there were 4 people seen every thing happen on my behalf.

If you were reamed out for being incompetent, no case. That is perfectly acceptable. If the reprimand amounted to an assault, that is a different story. You were not specific enough when you used the term that the other person 'got in your face'.
