How fast is a hydroplane?
hydroplaning is where none of you car is touching ground by running through standing water and losing control. it is not an air vehicle
A hydroplane is also a water craft, as it accelerates the hull rises out of the water and so presents less drag the vessel can then go faster for a lower energy out put. All the vessels that attempt the water speed record have some hydroplaning ability. So the fastest would be the craft that holds the world water speed record.
