Question

How can a parent who had a child removed from their care put a restraining order on the non custodial parent who cps placed the child with to where he can have no contact with the child

Answer

You need to immediately hire a private attorney and get permanent custody of this child.

CPS won't do that for you - they merely make sure the child is in a safe place then they drop the case.

Do it now! If CPS was involved and removed the child, then it is time to strike while the iron is hot!

Good luck!
