depends on the car and what you consider to be a big car.
It is for sure much more expensive than in the US (especially for US imported cars). German cars are by far the most popular big cars in France and europe. To give you an idea, in 2013
a 3 series starts at 30 000 which is 40,566$
a 5 series starts at 37 000
a 7 series starts at 84 400
Not to mention entry level cars have smaller motors than the US and the bigger the motor is, the more the tax on the car is...
