My fifteen year old step-daugther is now back living with her dad. My fiancee is going through a terrible divorce. To make matters worse, the step-daugther, is now writing things on her facebook account that i cussed and beat her and her mother watched. is there anything i can do about these false accusations?
Answer
No. Just prepare evidence that it is not true in case it ever comes up at a trial. The child's mother might file a motion to enjoin facebook account access by minor and see if the judge will prohibit the minor from being on facebook.
