MN. mother in jail, minimum 8 months. # minor children 16, 11, 7 in temporary foster care. Maternal brother willing to take the kids, he ives in iowa. This is acceptable with social services and kis's mother. Question?? does Ia have some sort of asstance/grant, to help with the kids, like medical etc.????
