I am a 18 year old male who plans to propse to a 29 year old female. I have been known that I have wanted this woman for a while now but have not disclosed this to anyone. My mother is threatening to take action on her and she is going to try to say that it was going on before I turned 18. Is there anything that she can really do? For example, can you raise suspicious with the authorities and solicit my phone records from the last year or two when I was living with my mom.
