What causes the clicking noise from my engine when i press on the gas pedal in my car?
Sounds like maybe you need to check your oil.... it may be empty. If it is you'll want to add a quart or two before you drive to the repair shop. Your engine will seize without oil and there is no way to repair that other than to replace the engine.IMPROVE: You also may have a broken timing belt chain, or a loose valve maybe?
