The first half of what you wrote, is asking about what the chances are of someone having their bond revoked when they are already out on bond, and then get arrested again on more serious charges. After reading the first half of what you wrote, I was perfectly comfortable giving you and answer.
Then the second half of what you wrote, says that "He had a bond revocation Friday, but they didn't revoke it."
So excuse me for being confused, but didn't you just answer your own question? After all, you wanted to know what the chances are of someone having their bond revoked, and then you explain that they had a revocation hearing and it was not revoked.
So what is it that you are asking? Are you referring to whether they would revoke his bond if he was arrested a third time?
You certainly couldn't be asking if they would revoke his bond on the second arrest, when he already had a hearing and didn't revoke it.
