If you're in probate, and the PR keeps coming up to you and admitting things they've done, that they and their attorney could not do, and then keep denying it later, where you could not prove what they had said they had done, lied under deposition, and you need to prove it, you video taped them in a pubic place and a public setting but the video didn't come out but the recording the voices did, and you have both their confessions, is this a felony or can you use the video to show the judge the fraud. It is fraud what all they've done and we're in probate. Thanks
Answer
Be careful and seek some legal advice. Recording a voice without consent is a crime, generally. There are elements to it which would need to be proven, but you will find yourself in worse trouble potentially. If they have conceded things, you ought to be able to prove up the truth of those admissions with or without their testimony. Seek legal advice
