Question

I know that before someone sues a Medical Clinic, they must be given a 90-day Notice of Intent to Sue Letter, before the 1 -yr. S.O.L expires .,,,, During the 90 days, can the Plaintiff-To-Be, negotiate a settlement with shorter deadlines, or do they have to wait until the 90 days expire.,,,

And when serving the Notice, does it have to be served on the Authorized Agent for service of process, or can it be served on the receptionist that works in the Medical clinic.
