Question

hi, we live in jacksonville, fl.

we have an exercise machine to give a way. it is a standing frame to be exact. the easy stand 5000.

because it is for disabled people, we have the question: are we liable for any harm to anyone after giving it to them with all the paperwork we have. that thing costs almost $3000 and it would be a shame to throw it away. thank you. christa mccarthy

Answer

You are not a dealer or manufacturer of the product, so no implied warranties come with it. When you sell it, just make sure, if you are concerned, that whomever buys it signs a release of all claims against you for the use and purchase of the machine.
