Can a spouse renew a lease where both spouses resided before a temporary order of protection was issued without the other spouse being on the lease

Answer

If the original lease showed both names - I would think that in order to renew the lease - that both names would have to be on the lease. However, I would have to see the lease and check with their office as to the policies.
