ex husband passed away last year....my name still on mortgage..not deed...his daughter just remortgaged the house electronically...i did not sign anything....is this legal?

Not legal, unless your husband willed the house to his daughter. As his wife, you inherit half of his estate, unless his will says otherwise. You are the half-owner of the house. Daughter cannot mortgage the house without your approval.
