I am my daughters legal guardian, her fathers new girlfriend is posting pictures on facebook that can be seen publicly I asked for them to be taken down is there anything I can do Facebook isn't taking them down I've reported them what legal action if any can be taken

I assume that she is posting pictures of your daughter. Have you spoken to your daughters father about your concerns?
