I am 1/3 owner of a home that was left when my husband died,he had 2 children from a previous marriage and I had to let them live there until turned 21. They are of legal age now but refuse to buy me out or sell the house...what do I do now? Can I put a lien against property? It has been almost a year since the youngest turned 21.

The property is in MS I live in GA.
