My husband and I have been married 15 years. We have 3 girls. His parents had been part of their life until left one in the drive way, lost one at 6 flags as well as other things that we find a danger to our girls. They have taken us to court for visitation. Does this not violate our rights?

It's up to the court to determine whether it would be in your childrens' best interest for their grandparents to have visitation. The concerns you express should be brought to the attention of the judge.
