my 14 yr daughter with mental illness and adhd emotionally disturb conduct disorder she takes meds got into a fight in mt vernon ny and i would not give her way she went to school and told them i did this to her they are charging me with charges please help

It looks like you have posted this twice, but here is my answer. In a situation like this you need to find a criminal defense lawyer, who is familiar also with the family court system and the DYS.
If you are charged as you say, the court will appoint an attorney for you if you are very low income or indigent. From the facts you've given, no one could really venture a guess online as to what you should do, other than talk to an attorney as soon as possible.
