if my husband is on felony probation from like ten years ago for entering auto and burgerly an he got kick out of a half way house for smokeing pot just last year do you think he will have to do any time in jail or prison since they arrested him for probation violation on it 3 days ago

He should be calling his lawyer, as he has a very serious chance of serving time.
