I am currently on drug offenders conditions with a curfew from 11pm to 6am. the judge said to ask po if i wanted to stay the weekend some where but po said that is not correct

Answer

Basically if your PO is willing to let you stay somewhere for the weekend, then they have discretion to do so. However, most POs don't use that discretion and will require an Order from the judge. File a motion with the judge if you have a very good reason to amend that condition.
