My wife refuses to give me a DNA test after telling me for 9 months the baby is mine. We have been seperated for awhile now but had a "fling" around the time she got pregnant. What can I do?

From your queston it appears that you were married at the time the child was born, so you are the legal father. You could file a Petition for Dissolution and/or a Petition to Determine Paternity and obtain a court order for DNA testing.
