I have been through a tough time which has influenced me to make stupid decisions .. A few weeks ago I was caught underage drinking with a blood alcohol level under the legal limit .. The officer gave me a citation and said with community service and alcohol classes it would be expunged .. The same day I was arrested for shoplifting (so stupid) .. The tbing is they did not read me any Miranda rights I don't know if that would make a difference .. I'm in a huge mess that I can't get out of, I'm a nursing major in school which seems to be affected in the making.. I need advice

I would suggest you schedule an appointment with an attorney to review your legal matters to see what effect they will have on your career choice. I would suspect it will complicate and make difficult your nursing career and licensure.
