what kind of rights does a father have if has never seen or paid anything to a child after 16 yrs?Also in the past when i tried to get child support he denied her and we were sent for blood test and he never showed up and they had a warrent for his arrest.This was like 15yrs ago.Now he is calling us and sent 2 money orders for $100.Should we keep them?Will that make him have anymore rights to her or send them back.I'm prepared to send them back to him,thank you....

Keep the money.....paying a little gives him no rights.
