I filed chapter bankruptcy in Nov 2011. It was discahrged in Jan 2012. My second mortgage was late at the time, I have made no payments since & have received not notices from them. I am under water in my first mortgage but am not behind because I was able to do a modification. I tried to do this with the 2nd & it did not go through. Can they forclose on the house even though there is negative. I have tried to make a deal/arrangement with them with no response. What are my options. Can I just continue not to pay?
