Does a defendant have to be present in court for a motion to revoke hearing? and if it is revoked are they remanded immediately?
Answer
I assume you mean a motion to revoke your bail. There is no one answer to this question. I would need to speak with you about the specifics of your situation before I could give you a definite answer, so please contact me to discuss your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their legal matters.
