My spose and I have not lived together for 4 years now. I have filed for divorce about 2 years ago, but he never signed and I just let it go. Do we still have to go through the whole divorce process if we havent even lived together for 4 years?

I'm not sure I understand your question.
If you haven't followed through with the divorce, you are still married. Living apart, by itself, doesn't change that.
If you win the lottery tonight, half of it belongs to him.
