my friend is a 15 year old male and he had sex with a 14 year old girl which she agreed to. they are having him arrested. we live in new york is this possible ?

Young adults do not have the right to coerce one another in adult activities.
Had he proposed and she agreed, the consent of the parents of each young adult
would have been requirement to officiate the license needed to get married.
Even kissing can cause permanent physical changes that may be or may not
be desired by either individual involved in the act, but the law in New York, USA...
