My Aunt Bee held joint bank accounts with her sister-in-law, Aunt June whose daugther, cousin Jane had full power of attorney for Aunt June. Aunt Bee was very ill and had the bank send documents to cousin Jane to sign so the accounts would be solely in Aunt Bee's name to go into the estate for all the family heirs. Cousin Jane would not sign nor would she get Aunt June to sign. Aunt Bee passed away and now cousin June stands to get a lot of money that was intended to be split up by Aunt Bee. Aunt Bee's will states anyone who contests the will, will be left out. Can we sue Cousin Jane?
Answer
This sounds like a homework assignment.
