How is a Nascar car different from a regular car?

How is a Nascar car different from a regular car?
Every way except the name. The body panels are custom made to fit around the custom frame, the engine is much bigger and more powerful, a roll cage has been fitted, and the suspension, brakes, and wheels have been totally revised and the fuel tank has been swapped out for a fuel cell, so in a wreak the car won't leak gas.
