is it normal practice to hire a attorney you have been working with then during trial another attrny from same firm also sets in on trial and your attorneys name is not on the paper work it now has the new attrnys name on court papers , is that normal ? CLOSING STATEMENTS can my attorney ubject statement not true ? Witness not on list ? changes his mind and has me testif says it will help ? it hurt my case witnesses talking about case prossecuter and witness disscusing case befor deposition done ? is any of these things cause for appeal
