I am 31 and involved in a court case that has a no contact order, the county attorney does not call me with questions or information but calls my mom instead, is it legal to discuss my case with my mom with out my knowledge. I find it frustrating and absurd that she over steps me and contacts my mom after I have asked the county attorney not too.

The county attorney can talk to anyone they want about anything they like. They can't talk to you because you probably have an attorney.
