How operate gers in right side steering cars?

How operate gers in right side steering cars?
Assuming you mean "gears" and assuming by "gears" you mean "manual transmission shifter," some have it on the right, sticking out of the door sill. once you climb around it to get in, it's the same as the shifter in a left-hand-drive car. Others have it in the middle, in which it still works the same way but the shift pattern is reversed -- that is, 1st gear is still nearest the driver. This can lead to accidentally shifting from 4 to reverse, as an American friend of mine found out when renting a car in Britain. Apparently the transmission was quite unhappy with that mistake, and voiced its opinion by loudly spitting its gears onto the motorway.

Tip: always buy the insurance on a rental car.
