If my property rental agreement is with one person and during the time that she lives on property she gets married, and her new husband calls me yelling at me and I tell him that he needs to get with his wife on why they are getting evicted and keeps on and on and I go off telling him exactly why. Is this a violation of her privacy?

You, as a non attorney, don't have any privacy concerns. The eviction, if filed in Court, is actually public record.
