In the process of a divorce and my husband has been harassing me, following me, getting in the car that I have in my control over. He will not leave me alone.. What good is TPO in a divorce papers if the police wont accept it. What are my rights??

We haven't seen your TPO or divorce papers. Your lawyer has. Discuss this with your lawyer and determine what enforcement actions or further steps you need to take.
