Ive been married for 20 years and separated for the past 5. i am 45 years old and never worked during marriage(stay home mom) i have 2 sons ,one 15 ,one 17.. now im in the sttlement agrrement, and husband says he will just give me allymony for the next # years until my younger son becomes 18. can he di it?? an i not considered dependent of him?? until when?
