What are some of the Catholic community projects?
Each area has different community projects, but often American Churches sponsor an international "sister" church in third world countries. There are usually after school children programs (check out ARK children's centers), Single parent support programs, visits to elderly homes, and a collection of presents at Christmas and other times throughout the season, to give to families that are less fortunate.
