If I voluntarily terminate my parental rights in georgia am I required to pay child support until child is of age?
Answer
You can't avoid paying child support unless someone adopts the child. There is no such thing as what you asked.
Answer
The law in Georgia is both parents have to support their children. It is doubtful a Judge would just let you voluntarily terminate your rights and definitely not if the reason was to avoid supporting your child.
