What exactly does this mean. My son has been in jail almost a year and his trial keeps getting continued. Now his lawyer tells me he's on the call of the list.

This means different things in different Counties. I see by your zip code that you are not in one of the counties that I practice in so I really can't give you any information on the procedure used in your county.
