I have a U.S. Patent. A company has infringed. I can't afford to sue. These are hard times. The retainer alone was more than I have in my bank account. What should I do?

Find the money and hire an attorney or accept the fact that there will be infringement. You could also offer to sell the patent to them.

If this applies to the infringement you mention, you may be able to find an attorney that will take your case on a semi-contingency basis.
