Question

I am filing for a non-contestant divorce with my ex wife. I need to know is it alright to serve her the paper work, using the USPS Certified Mail, so that I may get a receipt showing it was received, the time, and she signed it? She lives in Wisconsin.

Answer

1. There is no such thing as a non-contestant divorce.

2. You cannot divorce your ex-wife.

3. You do not seem well qualified to practice law and therefore you should rely on the advice of your lawyer to help you through this legal process.
