ok right i just served my childs father with order to show cause modification of custody and visitation again this weekend is his visit and he broke another court order actually 2 and i want a temporary order because my daughter isn't even 1 year old and i found out he has been using a daycare that i know nothing about which it states in the court order only agreed upon childcare also first right of refusal and he works on the weekends and i don't on sundays yet he never asks, i just need to know how can i get emergency order on monday
Answer
As urgent as this feels to you, it is not that much of an emergency to the court that you can get anything on Monday. What you can do is file an amended OSC that includes a request for an order shortening time for hearing and service of the OSC, and for temporary orders until the hearing.
