What kinda of motion can i file in clark county indiana circuit court to as the paternal grandmother to become a party an existing custody case to petiton the court for custody due to both being unfit and abusive which i have video proof of? There is currently an open court case for custody but i was granted residential custody as both parents are homeless and will not work and cannot support him. but my son has legal custody. My grandson is 14months old.
