Question

Our house was searched with a warrant. The warrant only contained the name of one roommate, which was not myself. Yet when they executed the warrant they broke down the door to my locked room before I could deny them entry. Is this not an invasion of privacy, breaking the 4th amendment? They ended up finding illegal items in my room, can I be convicted even if this seems to be illegally obtained?

Answer

As stated in the answer to your previous post, this could very well be a violation of your rights. But you need to sit down with an attorney to discuss specifics which should not be discussed on this public forum.
