I had a case dismissed on March 5th, that same day I filled up a application to a company and they did a background check on me that day. I just recived a copy of my criminal history from an agency that showed those charges still pending. how long does it take for the dismissed case show up or come off?. I called back the agency that did the background check and filed a dispute, cause it was still.showing pending.
