My name is Yazmin Sanchez and I am 19 years old.
Im am in the process of getting a U-VIsa because in April 2009 I reported my stepfather for touching me inappropriately. However i just reported what happened on April 22, 2009 but the situation went back to about 2004 and there was rape included before the age of 14. The man only recieved 3 years probation, counseling, a fine to the court and he had to pay a minimum of $100 for my brother's child support as well as a restraining order. He recently violated his restraining order because he texted me saying that he wanted to see his son, which is my brother. How would i go about this situation?
