You can always sue the employer for not having insurance on the company vehicle. The insurance company will seek money from you since you were the driver and may also seek money from the owner.
if someone is arrested for theft do they have the right to see the evidence against them. If so, what is the best way to go about it.
The evidence could simply be testimony to be provided by witnesses. If there are videos, the person's lawyer can obtain a copy or at least the opportunity to review it with the person.

Call the local office that handles marriage licenses and ask them if you even need a birth certificate. When I got married in 2013 I did not show mine. I think I showed them my driver's license.
