Question

My parents want to apoint someone to help take care of their affairs after they have deceased. How would we go about this without having problems from other children in the family? We are Mo residents. They don't have alot of money, but want to get personal things in order.

Answer

The easiest answer is that your parents should consult with an attorney to discuss Estate Planning and probably prepare Wills. There may be other legal documets that would be bemeficial to your parents as well. If you are located in my are, I might be able to provide legal services to yor parents at a modest cost. Please feel free to contact me or have them contact me.
